thanks to pandora recovery, revo uninstaller, internet-test, comodo, belarc advisor....i rescued my PCI utility today. it somehow worked fine in the morning, then refused to connect me to the internet in the afternoon. i had to wait till about 1hr ago then my internet cranked up again.
